Getting There
By Road
The NEC is clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 – use post code B40 1NT for your satnav.
When you arrive at the NEC don’t follow your satnav anymore, but look out for the signs to your designated free parking bay. The designated parking bay will be confirmed on 23th March 2020 .
Once you arrive you can take a free shuttle bus or take a leisurely stroll along the signposted footpaths to the venue.

By Train
Getting to the NEC by train is brilliantly easy as the NEC is located a five-minute walk away from Birmingham International Railway Station.
If you’re travelling from further afield you may need to catch a connecting train at Birmingham New Street, which is less than a 5-minute journey away.

By Coach
Over 120 National Express and Megabus coach services run daily across the UK to Birmingham Airport.
From Birmingham Airport you can get to the NEC via the free air-rail link, which takes just 90 seconds and runs every two minutes.
By Air
From Birmingham Airport
From Birmingham Airport take the free and fast air-rail link to Birmingham International Railway Station located at the upper level of Terminal 1. The train runs every two minutes and only takes 90 seconds. When you arrive just head straight through to the NEC.
From Heathrow Airport
Take the London Underground to Euston. From Euston, you can take a direct train to Birmingham International Railway.
The NEC is located less then 5 mins walk from Birmingham International Railway.
From Gatwick Airport
From Gatwick South, take the Gatwick Express Train to Victoria. Once in Victoria, take the London Underground to Euston.
From there, you can take a direct train to Birmingham International Railway. The NEC is located less then 5 mins walk from Birmingham International Railway.
By Taxi
TOA Taxis has teamed up with the NEC to ensure a safe, friendly service and is available 24/7 at the NEC.
You can book over the phone by calling 0121 427 8888 or 0800 0142 729 or via their handy app.
Alternatively, pick one up at the clearly marked ranks outside the main entrances. For added convenience TOA Taxis accept all major credit cards, subject to a charge of 10%+VAT.
If you plan to arrive at the NEC using other Taxi or Private Hire provider, you will be dropped off at either the Piazza drop off and pick up area or the Atrium entrance. The location of these is shown on the Site Plan (Link the site plan on our website).
